Enrollment Committee
It is the responsibility of the Enrollment Committee and Enrollment Officer to maintain all tribal enrollment records and to faithfully adhere to the enrollment provisions in our Tribal Constitution and Bylaws. Duties of the Enrollment Committee include: complete Certificates of Indian Blood (CIBs), provide enrollment verification letters (when needed) and assist with BIA probate requests.
The Enrollment Committee is constantly updating records. If you are a Tribal member and need to report a change of address or name, record a birth or death please do so in the ‘members section of our website. If you need to replace your membership card do this on the members section as well. For all other Enrollment questions please contact us at Enrollment@ChinookNation.org
